1.Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to SANAB (“we”, “our”, “us”, or “Sanab Luxury Platform”), operated by Sanab Luxury Retail & Digital Ventures. By accessing or browsing our website (sanab.in), placing an order for fine handcrafted jewellery, purchasing luxury botanical cosmetic formulations, or obtaining instant-download digital licenses from our Digital Vault, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our online boutique and services. We reserve the right to revise, update, or modify these Terms at our sole discretion, and your continued usage constitutes your binding acceptance.

2.Eligibility & User Account

To create an account, purchase physical luxury products, or license digital masterclasses and digital assets, you must be at least 18 years of age or possess the legal capacity under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, login passwords, and access OTPs.
• You agree to immediately notify our concierge support team if you suspect any unauthorized access or breach of your account security.
• You warrant that all information provided during checkout (including name, billing address, valid mobile number, and email address) is accurate, current, and complete.

We partner with trusted, RBI-regulated payment gateways including Razorpay Software Private Limited to process electronic transactions.

• We accept payments via Credit Cards, Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, American Express), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Net Banking across 50+ major Indian banks, and approved wallet options.
• All online transactions are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption and comply with PCI-DSS Level 1 security standards. We do not store, process, or view your sensitive CVV numbers or banking PINs on our servers.
• For physical goods, Cash on Delivery (COD) may be offered on select pin codes subject to order value verification. Cash on Delivery is strictly unavailable for digital products.
• In the event of a payment deduction without order confirmation due to banking network latency, the deducted funds are automatically reconciled and refunded by your bank within 3 to 5 banking days.

5.Digital Products Licensing & Intellectual Property

When you purchase or download a digital asset from the Sanab Digital Vault:

• You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual worldwide license for personal or commercial use in your own creative projects.
• You may not re-sell, redistribute, sublicense, lease, repackage, share drive folders, or claim original ownership of the underlying raw source files, masterclasses, or proprietary presets.
• All trademarks, logos, brand names, visual assets, catalogue photography, and text content on this platform remain the exclusive intellectual property of Sanab.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Sanab, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or digital services. Our aggregate liability for any direct claim arising out of a purchase shall not exceed the total purchase price paid by you for the specific product giving rise to such claim.

7.Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and all transactions conducted through the Sanab platform shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal actions arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New Delhi, India.
